My mentorship journey began early in my career through an assistant program where I learned from mentors in independent education. I then joined a luxury salon as an in-salon color educator, creating lesson plans and mentoring six stylists over two years 1:1 and hands on weekly , helping them thrive in their entrance into the industry.

 

In 2022 I began reaching out to salons to create custom classes and have gotten great feedback and look forward to this being the main part of my business in the years to come. 

 

I value education from major brands, but I particularly enjoy independent insights and trends from passionate individuals. My goal is to inspire both new and experienced stylists, as our work shapes confidence and touches lives. We are artists who must prioritize self-care as much as our skills.
